Rose. Rosabel and the very decorative Rosalba are rather nice too. Rosemary I really wanted to use. It’s my favourite herb (that I add to practically anything savoury) but I was denied that through personal association.

I dislike the Rosanna/Roseanna smush greatly. Very homely to me. Nothing wrong with that but I just don’t like it.

Rosemond I prefer over Rosemund. Mund makes me think ‘mouth’.

Thats sad you couldn’t use Rosemary! I forgot Rosabel and Rosamel. I hadn’t heard of Rosalba? how is that said? I went to school with a Rosanna and a Rosaria whose brother was Oakley. Which is the more legit version Rosemund, Rosemond, Rosamund?

I love a lot of Rose forms, my eternal fav being Rosamund ^^
Roos, Rosalba, Roswitha, Rosa, Primrose, Roisin and Rosetta are all on my list as well, and quite high up at that… Mostly as middle names, but I just lreally love them all!!

There’s even Ambrose for a boy, but I guess that doesn’t count XD

For Rosamund I have Rosamund Echo set in stone, but I’m thinking of adding a second middle… I just need to find a good one ^^
Primrose is fantastic as well! The sad part is that I feel like I can only use one ‘rose’ name as a first name for my future children, so it’s hard to think which one!
Roisin is row-SHEEN, ishe’s one of my favourite Irish girls’ names along with Siobhan (shi-VAUGHN)
I discovered Rosetta through a random Italian film actually 😀 On Nameberry she’s the ultimate example of a boring Italian name, but I love her, very spunky and with the cute Etta nickname…
Ambrose has been on my mind lately.. I’m trying to come up with a good nickname for him, since I guess he would want one, but all I have so far is ‘Bro’ which is kind of lame… XD

Rosamund Echo is pretty. Do you have any middles in mind for a third? Rosamund Echo June, Rosamund Echo Viola, Rosamund Echo Adele, Rosamund Echo Lilya, Rosamund Echo Juliet, Rosamund Echo Soleil, Rosamund Echo Camille.
How could you pick between them? 🙂
My sisters friend is Roshean said the same. I’m not such a huge fan of Siobhan.
Etta is a cute nn 🙂 I like nameberry Pamela & Susan rock.
