Oliver

Oliver was runner up in 2009, he made a sizeable leap from #8 in 2008. Oliver was placed #34 in 1999, slowly gained to #26 in 2000. He hung between 14-16 from 2002-2005 then gained two to #12 in 2006.

Oliver is an international favourite too.  He was #2 in England and Wales and Norway for 2009.  #7 in Sweden, further back to #24 in Scotland and in Ireland sitting outside the top 50 at #62 but climbing quickly as placed #121 in 2005 and #84 in 2008.  In the USA he just slips inside the top 100 at #98, the highest ever is #103 in 1910.
