I am reading “The happiness Project” by Gretchen Ruben. What do you think of those names, I think Ruben looks weird…
Anyway it is so interesting she has a goal for every month of the year and I have written some for myself. Would recommend this book to anyone 🙂 very light hearted read but great to reflect on your life and how to be happier! everyone wants to be happier!
