Lovely list! Etta Florence is particularly wonderful! I love both those names!
Enos is a name I really love, but nameberry makes it rhyme with penis… Is that something everyone does? in my head it rhymes with Joss/Ross and is LOVE, but I don’t want it on my list if baby Enos is definitely going to be bullied for it…
Antonius Cornelius is a bit much if you ask me!

Enos I would say- E-noss like Joss! definitely not like penis!!!! Etta is very cute, do you know of any name it could be a nickname for?

My favourite way to get Etta is Rosetta š And I actually love the connection to the infamous Rosetta Stone ^^
There’s also Henrietta (the original), Fiammetta (which is my second favourite) and practically all names ending in Etta or Ette would do! I’d even consider it with Scarlett and Violet to be honest ^^

Ooh Rosetta is pretty! Who is Rosetta Stone? I like Henrietta, how do you say Fiammetta? I prefer Violet to Scarlett.

The Rosetta Stone is an OLD stone (XD) found in Egypt with the same thing written on it in Greek, Latin and in Hieroglyphs that helped us crack the hieroglyph code and taught us how to read them and find out what’s been written all over Egypt š A big break in archaeology!

How cool Rosetta is pretty! Thanks for the history lesson š

Fiammetta is pronounced fya-MATE-tah or fya-MET-tah. I prefer the last pronunciation myself š
I don’t like Henrietta myself since it has a fairly bad image here in Norway. It’s a classic bimbo name along with Michelle and Isabelle only as Henriette….
Violet always looks like Violent to me, and I don’t like Scarlett since it looks like a misspelling of Scarlet. Scarlet is lovely though, but I mainly like Scarlet due to Tori Amos’s alter ego on the album ‘Scarlet’s Walk’ š

Are Michelle & Isabelle really bimbo names in Norway? I like Henriette I prefer that to Henrietta, but to both I prefer Harriet.
I love Violet, but I don’t like Scarlet it just sounds very harsh, I guess you could say the same for Violet though and other girls names.

And I’m happy about Enos! I somehw suspect people would be less opposed to it in the UK than the US though, since the British are more articulate!

I agree š
