Not a fan of Thatcher as it makes me think of the Iron Lady and I’m not a fan of most occupational surnames. It would be terrible if anyone decided to nickname him Thatch 😛

I adore Bede though, so I pick that for the middle. If my baby was due tomorrow and a boy, it looks like Bede would be it right now. It’s the only name we both really like (well, I love and he likes) and can agree on up front aside from Ashley.

Gabriel is nice with it also.

I think we had this conversation before but I can’t remember what the iron lady is lol. I think Thatch is kind of cool.
Ooh Bede is gorgeous with Isla & Conor 🙂 I like how it is a short name similar to the others and it is funky and cool :P. I think I prefer Bede to Ashley.
      Thanks for your thoughts 🙂

Thatch is a slang term for a woman’s pubic hair 😛

Iron Lady = Ex British PM Margaret Thatcher

And thanks, I think it works.

Oh Margaret Thatcher I have heard of her but don’t know a lot about her!
