He’s Remy’s brother in Ratatouille, spelled Emile. First thought, I swear! 🙂 I like Emil, he’s snappy and handsome. And his meaning’s pretty great. (but Remy’s the one that made my lists).
I’ve tried out Remus, nn Remy myself. I’ve seen people thinking about remington, nn Remy (Remington= gun tp me., BAH!) Rembrandt nn Remy would be pretty cool I think. But Remus is the only one I can offer myself. I think Appelation Mountain covered Remy a while ago: http://appellationmountain.net/2009/01/23/name-of-the-day-remy/
