Mine are Elisabeth & Susanne. I like them both but like Elisabeth a bit better than Susanne. Elisabeth was my Paternal Grandma’s middle name and Susanne was my mother’s best firend & college roommate, who died shortly before I was born. My biggest complaint with both is that their spellings aren’t standard. I am forever correcting people on the spelling of both.

My middle name is Marie. I think it’s pretty but it’s so overused as a middle name. I think it would make a lovely first name though.

June. Named for my grandmother who is without a doubt one of the most important people in my life and she’s going on for 80. I’m on the fence about it but have thought about using Juniper as a nod in her direction. Most likely a middle name.

        Margaret is my mother’s name.

Right now, I love Flora, Lilias, Isemay, Tuathla, Ivy, Fionnuala.

Middle name ideas: Betsy, Blithe, Jean, Beatrix, Annie, Violet, Fern, Polly, Ianthe, Kilmeny, Síofra (SHEE fra), Constance, Clémence, Mila, Saffron, Zetta.

I love Sadhbh (SYVE) too but it’s problematic. I also adore Gretel but it’s so diminutive it makes Polly and Sally look completely formal!

I had previously liked the Scottish Ishbel and Iseabail (ish uh bel) but the confusion with Isobel would annoy me.
